MALTA DESIGN WEEK
Working together with an old friend and local Maltese architect Chris Briffa, we worked on producing the first Malta Design Week. I oversaw all creative direction while working remotely with the Maltese Advertising Agency JPA, to create a full campaign promoting this historical event.
Exhibitions, workshops and talks by some key European design figures including Nic Roope, whom I invited to join and talk about Poke, Hulger and his Plumen lights. I was also involved in some of the talks and spoke about my design journey from my early days back home in Malta to working with some of the key figures and agencies in London.
MDW lives on and has become an annual celebration of creative minds coming together to share, discuss and inspire. For more information visit: http://designweek.com.mt/
